Vinyl cap plugs are durable protective solutions widely used in coating and wet paint applications, capable of withstanding high temperatures up to 177°C. These reusable PVC caps can repeatedly endure oven cycles after painting, offering not only bolt protection but also preventing foreign materials from entering products.
Thanks to their flexible structure, these caps are available in various diameters, lengths, and colors, ensuring a safe and non-toxic usage. They provide effective protection and masking when applied to pins, shafts, bolts, pipes, tools, antennas, and rack ends. Manufactured using the dipping method, PVC caps are a more cost-effective alternative to silicone caps.
